The Festsaal and the draw of the Hofburg Vienna provide the ideal recipe for a successful event – and the perfect backdrop for live communication.Event concepts – individuality is our strong suitAbove all else, it is encounters between people that are providing the focus of event design. Advances in information and communication technology infrastructure now make it much easier to link and network data and services. This not only opens the door to fresh event concepts, but also paves the way for a new kind of interactivity that breathes fresh life into analogue encounters. In one such example, rooms, exhibits or stage settings can be configured to react to visitors or participants. There are always multiple ways to harness the power of interactions like these – making sure messages hit home at events.Exhibition booths as attention-grabbing experiential spaces are headline news. In many cases they set the stage for floating large-scale product demonstrations, or feature lighting installations worthy of a gallery that brings the space to life. All designed to ensure that visitors walk away with a closer connection to the company, its backstory, products and expertise. Under one such scenario, long life and high degree of recyclability can be taken into account when designing or executing branding, as well as incorporating materials that can be reused multiple times before eventually being recycled.Next-level communication – blueprint for successYears of experience in the congress and event sector ensure impactful event planning. And add that all-important personal touch. The Hofburg Vienna’s strength lies in its people and active personnel management. "The continuity within the team has proved extremely successful time and again, and we definitely set ourselves apart through the strong brand and connections that we have cultivated over a period of many years," says Managing Director Alexandra Kaszay. Many employees have been with the teamfor a very long time: 20 or more years of service at the Hofburg Vienna is by no means uncommon. When our customers select the Hofburg for their events, they choose one of the most exclusive locations in Vienna – and with it a highly personable and hard working team. Our long-standing partnerships with our technology and media, security and catering service providers are proving invaluable – especially now in a time of new beginnings. Flexibility is more in demand than ever. Food trends are emerging such as bespoke on-demand deliveries and smart gourmet boxes. Generally speaking, diversity and options that feature regional organic products and healthy drinks are at the centre of the "liquid evolution" shaping the upscale hospitality sector right now.Catering and food services are also part and parcel of staging a successful event. Storytelling can be added to the mix, providing a booster for collaborative, participatory concepts that help to change perspectives while creating lasting memories.
