Looking to the future – event highlights

 
The autumn season is already taking shape, with various congresses in the highly promising scientific segment. September kicks off with The Autonomous Main Event 2023, followed by the 46th European Society of Neuroradiology (ESNR) Annual Meeting. The HR Inside Summit on 11 and 12 October is all about thinking outside the box. This diverse, multifaceted platform enables representatives of the Austrian HR sector to compare notes on topics related to the new world of work. With more than 2,000 participants, the event features inspirational talks and keynote speeches from experts on a range of HR-related subjects, as well as fascinating workshops and more than 60 exhibitors from leading companies. The schedule also includes the HR Award Gala dinner and show in the Hofburg Festsaal, which showcases the most innovative projects and brightest ideas from the HR industry.
The Hofburg Vienna will also set the stage for a series of outstanding exhibition concepts, including Design District 1010 from 6 - 8 October, and Art & Antique Hofburg Vienna which is taking place between 9 and 13 November. These events create experiences and impressions which set them apart from other exhibitions on the emotional level. “Smart and effective are the watchwords,” says Managing Director Alexandra Kaszay.
 
Numerous high-level science and research conferences are also lined up for late 2023 and the coming years. The annual meeting of the Austrian Society for Anesthesiology, Reanimation and Intensive Care Medicine will be held from 23 - 25 November, while the 15th Global Peter Drucker Forum is taking place on 30 November and 1 December. Organised by the International Society for Stem Cell Research, the Vienna International Symposium at the Hofburg Vienna will address a host of exciting topics between 4 and 6 December.
 
Science will also be on the agenda in February 2024, just after the curtain comes down on the Hofburg’s hugely popular ball season. Around 1,200 delegates will be taking part in the 68th Annual Meeting of the Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis Research, which is followed in March by the 21st Annual Meeting of the Austrian Society of Neurology. The Hofburg Vienna team is already looking forward to an outstanding year of congresses in 2024!
